I’ve ordered this a few times now, and it’s been hit or miss. Some batches are totally fine, but others feel noticeably weaker than what I expected. I reached out hoping for some clarity, but it kind of felt like my concerns were ignored. It’s not a terrible product, I just wish it was more consistent every time.

The site looked decent enough, which made it even more annoying that the payment options were so limited and weird. I was ready to place an order, but after trying to figure out how to actually pay, I just gave up.

Stopped in and was kinda surprised by how many strains they had. I didn’t recognize a few of the names, so I had to poke around and figure out what was what, but overall it seemed like a solid selection. I’d give it 4 stars

I ordered from kratomkrates.com and the checkout did work, but it felt a little clunky to me. To be fair, I was probably trying to place the order at a bad time because the page was loading slow and I was already kind of in a rush.

The payment part took me a minute to figure out, but nothing actually went wrong and I got my confirmation after paying. Overall it was okay, just not the smoothest checkout experience. I’d call it average.

I checked the prices here and had to do a double take. Compared to other shops, everything felt overpriced. Maybe the extra cost is for the experience of wondering why you didn’t just buy it somewhere else

I had a problem with my order and tried emailing customer service a couple of times, but I didn’t hear anything back for several days. Maybe there was something going on behind the scenes that I don’t know about, but from my end it was just silence. No update, no apology, nothing. I’m usually fine waiting if someone at least lets me know what’s happening, but this was frustrating. It kind of felt like once they had my money, they weren’t too worried about helping me. I probably won’t order from kratomkrates.com again.

I’ll give kratomkrates.com credit where it’s due: they actually show the lab testing info in a way that’s easy to find, which is more than I can say for some sites. I didn’t have to go on a scavenger hunt just to check the basics, and that made me feel a little better about what I was ordering.
That said, I do wish the lab results were easier to compare between products, because bouncing around trying to line things up gets annoying fast. It’s not a dealbreaker, and overall my experience was good, but yeah, that part could definitely be smoother

My order showed up smelling fresh, not dusty or stale at all, which I really appreciated. The texture was good too, so no complaints about the product itself. Shipping wasn’t totally smooth, but I think it was just bad timing more than anything. Overall, happy with it. 4 stars from me.
